This recipe is kind of a variation of the one on the Toll House morsels package. It will make about 3 dozen cookies depending on the size of each cookie. They will turn out not too crunchy but not too chewy either. Just the way I like them and they are yummy.
3 cups all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup (2 sticks) margarine
2 tablespoons of peanut butter
1 1/2 cups of sugar in the raw
1 tablespoon of black strap molasses
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 large eggs
2 cups (12-oz. pkg.) NESTLÉ® TOLL HOUSE® Dark Chocolate Morsels
I mix the eggs together then add the margarine right from the fridge along
with the peanut butter. Mix them together until smooth then add the sugar,
salt, vanilla, molasses and baking soda.
