John D. Bates, a United States federal judge for the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia, appointed by George W. Bush in 2001 ruled there will be no friggin’ dancing at the Jefferson Memorial.
The judges ruling has been put to the test and it seems park service police took the ruling quite seriously. They actually body slammed people to the ground and handcuffed and arrested people for a public display of dancing.
Pretty soon there’ll be no singing or other forms of artistic expression associated with the freedoms we once knew. Welcome to the United Facist States of America. Have a nice fuckin’ day.
