Giving thanks for the activists

The media does not want you to worry about fracking, or the land it ravages, or all the water it consumes.
They want you to go into debt to buy another car. They want you to eat a big Thanksgiving dinner, watch some football, then get in line that same night and rack up more debt buying cheap stuff that you don't need.
